Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Nope! We offer custom printing with no minimum order. Whether you need one item or a hundred, we can make it happen.
How do I place a custom order?
You can place an order directly through our website or contact us to discuss your project. If you need help with artwork or aren't sure what product is right for you, we're happy to guide you through the process.
Can I provide my own design?
Absolutely! We accept most common file formats. For the best print quality, we recommend vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) or high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher). If you're not sure about your file, just send it over and we'll take a look.
What if I don't have a design?
No worries — our team can help bring your idea to life. Reach out to us and let's talk about what you have in mind.

We use trusted brands including Gildan, Bella Canvas, Next Level Apparel, and Champion, so you can count on quality products that look and feel great.
What printing methods do you use?
We offer a variety of printing methods depending on your product and design. Not sure what's right for your order? Ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What products can you customize?
We customize a wide range of products including t-shirts, hoodies, bags, towels, stickers, face masks, and more. If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out — we may still be able to help.
Turnaround & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Once your order is placed and artwork is approved, we'll provide you with an estimated completion date. Contact us for a more specific timeline on your project.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We are based in Glen Burnie, Maryland and offer local pickup. Get in touch to arrange it.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship orders across the United States. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Issues
